Accurate Information

Account Security

One Account Per Player

Each natural person may hold only one registered cc99 account at any given time. Operating multiple accounts — whether in the same name, under different names, or via proxy — is strictly prohibited. Account Verification (KYC)

Required documentation may include:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport showing your full name and date of birth
• Proof of address (a bank statement or utility bill dated within the last 90 days)

Intellectual Property

Governing Law & Disputes

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, severed from this Agreement. The remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the cc99 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and cc99 with respect to your use of the platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
